We regret to inform you that the upcoming Aya Nakamura concert, for which you have purchased tickets, has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the artist cancelled the last two shows of her tour, Berlin and Amsterdam, and we don’t know the specific reasons behind this cancellation.
We were really looking forward to this show and are so disappointed that the show can’t go on.

Refund process:
Your refund for the purchased tickets will be initiated within the next 15 working days. The full ticket amount, including service fees, will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
